Mavala Nail Polish

You can buy a special nail polish like that will help you to stop biting your nails. I even tried to get my nails done a lot so that way if i bite it wouldnt be as bad. My mum bought this new nail polish for a wedding we attended to some weeks ago and I loved it. Did you try putting bad tasting nail polish on your nails?
Acrylics or gel nails. That has never worked for me. MAN its horrible but it actually does help. I think they make this special kind that is supposed to taste especially horrible.
I have tried this on today and the results are awesome. It is the first time I try Mavala nail polishes and I am impressed. It is a clear polish that tastes very bad. I used to bite my nails all the time. You may want to try to find something not as radical as having all of you teeth pulled out tho.
Mavala Nail Biting Polish. Dip them in nail polish remover a couple of times a day. Mavala Cuticle Oil is essential. I dont know if its true? Also try doing things that relieve stress.
