Why Is My Nail Polish Bubbling

I had some bubbling in the color and this top coat did not take care of it. Dip the pad of your finger into nail polish remover and smooth over the bubbled area. Proceeding with butt stance. How many bottles of nail polish do you own?
I am used to my top coat dealing with bubbling. Brush did pick up color a few times. It passed with flying colors and yes I was impressed!
The bubble one became my favourite. Some of you may not like this. I like to get enough polish on the brush to do a whole nail without needing a second dip. I did one right after the other starting exactly 5 minutes after I applied top coat to the last nail.
Way too many to count! Most nail stylists shake the nail polish container before applying your nail polish. Sunglasses in my prescription just in case. She started sneaking nail polish and four packs of Bubblicious bubble gum up into the sky station to help her pass the time.
Apply polish in thin coats. I do mean hole and not streaks. Scent similar to Nubar Diamont.
